Mi Familia Benefit: Aid for Puerto Rico benefit concert at Stone Corral Brewery featuring Steve Hartmann and local musical guests Jane Kittredge, Mike Brewster, and The Owl Stars.

Having been described as the grey between Dave Matthews and Damien Rice, Steve Hartmann brings vocal power and musical grace like a seasoned pro. Drawing from personal and second hand stories, Hartmann touches upon love and loss, strength and anguish in ways that pull you to the edge of your seat and leave you wanting more. With a vocal ability reflecting his Peter Gabriel and Sarah McLachlan roots, Hartmann fuses past influences to current experiences creating a timeless mesh of music. He’s shared the stage with Chris Carrabba (Dashboard Confessional/ Twin Forks), Dispatch, Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Train, Bryan Adams, Jeffrey Gaines and Livingston Taylor at places like The House of Blues (Boston), Charles Playhouse (Boston), Higher Ground (So. Burlington, VT), and Battery Park (Burlington, VT) and has performed at Maritime Festival since its inception, and won the Advance Music Competition 2003 and the 2015 Vermont’s Original Music Competition.
