Join William Jenney, Regionl Historical Site Administrator, as he takes you on a tour of the Calvin Coolidge Homestead in Plymouth, Vermont. The site and the village became famous when its favorite son was sworn in as the 30th President of the United States on August 23, 1923. The site itself contains many portrait paintings and gifts received during his presidency. A favorite of his was the portrait of Grace Coolidge, his well dressed wife whom Calvin loved to show off. Part of the tour is a visit to Plymouth village itself which has kept its early 20th Century flavor.
