Consuelo Northrup Bailey: A Vermont Pathfinder

In further recognition of Women's History Month, Vermont Historical Society Director J. Kevin Graffagnino gives a lecture on Consuelo Northrup Bailey. Bailey was a national pioneer among women in public service. She was born and raised in Fairfield, Vermont, she was a 1921 graduate of the University of Vermont, and she was the first woman in America to serve as a State's Attorney, as Speaker of a State House of Representatives, and as Lieutenant Governor.
