Program Description:

Business students and graduates spent a night networking in New York City during the 17th Annual New York Career Networking Event. It was a chance for students and recent alums to mingle and meet more than 40 alumni in various industries.

"It's definitely all about who you know," said Morgan Glennon, a 2010 Business School graduate. Morgan attended the NYC Networking event to make connections with other UVM alums. She believes all Business students should take advantage of these types of events. "When they're in the School of Business from the very beginning they should look into things like this because that's something I didn't do when I was in school and I"m regretting that a little bit now," she said. "It's definitely important to be thinking about it the whole time you are in school."
Hear more from Morgan, as well as other Business students and alums in the video.
