In this talk, Robert Gibbs, an expert in new urbanism and retail design, focuses on how design can serve to enhance community and commerce in new town centers. He speaks generally on the subject of design challenges in newly developed town centers and specifically about development at Taft's Corners in Williston and Essex Town Center. This is the first of a series of five lectures.
