Program Description:
In June 2009, Dr. Leavitt traveled to Sri Lanka to serve with the organization Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders. Hear about his experiences providing care to war-wounded patients at the MSF hospital in the Vavuniya District, a region inundated with soldiers, displaced persons, dogs and mosquitoes.
