Program Description:
David Budbill's play "Judevine" has been produced 53 times in 21 states since the early 1980s, most recently this past spring at Lost Nation Theatre in Montpelier. His latest two books of poems are "While We've Still Got Feet" and "Moment to Moment: Poems of a Mountain Recluse." In this program, Budbill reads from these and new unpublished works. He also improvises on shakuhachi, a traditional end-blown Japanese bamboo flute.
