Program Description:

The bicycle has had a significant and role in city life and the evolution of urban planning throughout history, and is continuing to evolve to meet 21st century transportation needs.  Norman Garrick, Director of the Center for Transportation and Urban Planning, UConn, discusses how cities, historically and currently, are reinventing their usage of and attitudes towards bicycles.
