Program Description:
Adam L. Alpert is vice president of Lionheart Technologies, Inc. and serves as vice president of its principal subsidiary, BioTek Instruments, Inc. He has served in other management positions within BioTek, including Software Engineering Manager and OEM Marketing Manager for Systems, where he led a team of hardware and software engineers to create the company’s first high-throughput clinical system product for infectious disease diagnostics and screening. Alpert later developed the Company’s OEM blood-typing business, which now has annual revenue of more than $13M.
In his present role, Alpert is responsible for business development, including mergers and acquisitions. He also works along with his brother, Briar, as a board member for both Lionheart Technologies, Inc. and BioTek Instruments, Inc. Alpert graduated from the University of Vermont in 1980 with a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics.
