Submit Video
Submit a DVD or video tape for airing on RETN Channel 16.
If you have a video you would like RETN to air, you may upload a file now (see instructions below), bring a copy to 208 Flynn Avenue, Suite 2K, in Burlington, or mail it to RETN at P.O. Box 2386, South Burlington, VT, 05407. Please complete and include our video submission form.
If the video you are submitting is time sensitive, please understand that programming schedules are planned four weeks in advance.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The program’s producer must obtain cablecast permission from all persons who appear in a significant way on the program. If you are not the producer, before submitting the video you must obtain permission from the copyright owner to cablecast the video on RETN.
In addition, RETN requires that the program:
• has an educational objective;
• meets RETN standards for picture and audio quality (see specs below);
• has titles and credits;
• is free of copyright restricted material; and
• permission for cablecasting has been secured from individuals appearing in the video.

VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS:
• Please send the highest quality file or video on DVD that you have. Before uploading your file, please review our compression guidelines.
RETN's online submission form is currently being modified and will be available soon. If you have a program ready to submit, please print out our video submission form and mail or fax a copy to RETN.
VIDEO SUBMISSION OPTIONS:
Upload your file now to RETN (files up to 2GB). Please choose one of the options below if your file is larger than 2GB. Contact RETN at yousendit@retn.org with questions.
